This quote means that you can basically accomplish anything you want in life as long as you work hard for it. You have to have determination and never give up. You are going to have many obstacles in your way but an obstacle is there to prove how much you really want something. If you want it badly then you will overcome it. If you don't want it on the other hand, you will give up easily. This quote states that poverty is a choice. This is true because you chose what kind of life you want to have. If you want to live in poverty then you are going to be uneducated, If you don't live in poverty on the other hand or if you got out of poverty it means that education got you out of there. Education and hard work. You can be anything you want , how much you want it is what matters. Many times you will fell like giving you but you have to think about your desire for it and instead of looking at how much you still need look back and look at how much you have advanced.

what thomas is trying to say is that right can never be wrong and wrong can never be right. because if you choose to do something ,let's say a test  and it turn out to be right but you chose the wrong by cheating , then it's not right in doing .what was the point of you trying to get it right when you chose the wrong in doing the test, sure it feel great when you get something right but it feel even worse when you know you did wrong in getting there. if you do something ,let's also say a test  and it turn out to be wrong but you know you did the right by like trying. you might feel bad cause you got it wrong but you try and that was doing the right thing instead of cheating yourself up there. at least you you will fell good in the inside. by trying your best you will feel good.

           this quote means that how enthusiastic you are about something it makes a difference. it can change the way you look at things. it can change the situations  by the different perspective. you don't win anything by being pessimist. It just makes the situation worse because you are looking at the dark side of it. Instead of looking at the dark side of a situation, you should look at the bright side of it. It will make the situation less difficult. you have to find the benefit of it even if its really bad there has to be a benefit. For example maybe you learn something new. You can also learn from your mistakes. Everything happens for a reason . How enthusiastic you are about something determines if you make the situation better or worse. So next time something happens to you instead of asking why is this happening to me instead you should be more welcoming. it doesn't matter how hard you  get hit it matter how fast you get back up. if you lose enthusiasm you might never reach your achievements in life.
