What this quote mean is that if you do good you will rise high. If you do bad then you will become ignorant and you will be foolish. Goodness brings wisdom and prosperity. Badness brings failure and ignorance. If you are good then good things will happen to you.if you are bad then bad thing will happen to you. If you are good to people them some may be good back and give you a reward.  You can't do good looking for a reward because that would be a gold digger. In order to succeed then you should do good to others and yourself. You can be good to yourself by not smoking, drinking alcohol, and doing any sort of drug.

At the same time you have to help and throw trash on the floor as well. If you tell your friends to keep the school clean and you throw trash to the floor then you will a hypocrite. You should do whats  right so other can follow in your footsteps. You should be the one to set the example. You will influence them and teach them good.

I agree with this quote because if you see something wrong then you should not follow. If you see something wrong then you should do the opposite. You should be the one to make the difference. If you go ahead and do the same it is like you are doing the same. If you choose to do whats right then you will be well respected. If you do what's wrong then people are going to look at you  like another disrespectful person. That is why you should always do what's right.
