              what this quote means is that if you are a ctr person you won't have fear. You won't have fear because you know you are not doing any wrong or bad. a ctr person will always feel welcomed and well cherished. but if you are ctw person you will always have fear. they will have fear because they know they are doing something bad.they will also be in fear because they are scared of getting caught. that is why if you don't want fear you should be a ctr person.
